December 1954 Established Fukushima Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to mainly sell electronic parts for communication devices.
July 1955 Concluded a special agent agreement with Hitachi, Ltd.
June 1959 Began selling semiconductors.
November 1968 Relocated the head office from Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
October 1984 Changed company name to EASTON Co., Ltd.
September 1994 Registered for over-the-counter trading with Japan Securities Dealers Association.
March 1996 Issued new shares (1,200,000 shares) and raised capital to 3.433 billion yen.
October 1998 Established a distribution subsidiary, Easton Works Co., Ltd. (consolidated subsidiary).
August 2001 Established an overseas subsidiary in Hong Kong.
October 2002 Took over the electronics sales division from Okura Shoko Co., Ltd.
February 2003 Established an overseas subsidiary in Singapore.
April 2003 Concluded a special agent agreement with Renesas Technology Sales Co., Ltd. (currently Renesas Electronics Corporation).
July 2004 Established an overseas subsidiary in Taiwan.
September 2004 Obtained ISO 14001 certification.
December 2004 Listed stocks in JASDAQ Securities Exchange, Inc.
October 2005 Established an overseas subsidiary in Shanghai.
April 2008 Established an overseas subsidiary in Thailand.
March 2009 Relocated the head office from Chuo-ku, Tokyo, to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
March 2009 Obtained ISO 9001 certification.
April 2009 Changed trading name to RENESAS EASTON Co., Ltd. following merger with Renesas Devices Sales Co., Ltd.
October 2009 Concluded special agent agreements with eight agents (currently 14) regarding the products of Renesas Technology Corporation (currently Renesas Electronics Corporation).
January 2012 Established an overseas sales subsidiary in the United States of America.
February 2014 Changed specification from Tokyo Securities Dealers Association JASDAQ section to Second Section.
September 2014 Changed specification from Tokyo Securities Dealers Association Second Section to First Section.
March 2015 Issued new shares (2,497,600 shares) and raised capital to 5.04267 billion yen.
April 2018 Began manufacture and sales of the semiconductor strain sensor "STREAL."
July 2019 Changed the trading name to Glosel Co., Ltd.
May 2021 Established a branch officefor the Shanghai overseas subsidiary
in Guangzhou.
April 2022 Listed stocks in the "Prime Market" of the Tokyo Securities Dealers Association following market category reorganization at the said Dealers Association.
