As a trading company with a specialty in semiconductor technology aiming to provide one-stop solutions in an age where information is ubiquitous, Glosel (hereinafter, "this Company") will sufficiently respect, and strive to establish and thoroughly carry out an appropriate management structure for, the protection of personal information of its customers, clients, officers, and employees (including contract employees after retirement, advisors, part-time employees, contract employees, and temporary employees). We hereby establish our Personal Information Protection Policy, and will inform our officers and employees of and strictly obey this.

1. 1.This Company will obey laws, regulations, and other standards on the protection of personal information.

2. 2.When collecting personal information, we will first clarify the purpose of use and obtain consent from the person to whom the information belongs.

3. 3.We will use the collected personal information only within the scope of the purpose of use for this Company.

   Purpose of use of personal information

   1. (1)　Providing information regarding new products, services, and the like
   2. (2)　Providing information regarding events, exhibitions, and other such affairs
   3. (3)　Sending of e-mail magazines
   4. (4)　Providing information booklets
   5. (5)　Sending materials or providing information on employment sessions in job recruitment for new graduates and mid-career hiring, responding to contact and inquiries regarding hiring

4. 4.We will establish a manager responsible for the management of personal information in each department and will appropriately manage said personal information. Officers, employees, and the like will recognize the importance of personal information protection and management and will thoroughly carry out the appropriate handling of personal information in daily work.

5. 5.We will take appropriate preventative and safety measures to prevent the collected personal information from unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, and the like.

6. 6.This Company will not provide personal information to a third party, excluding work subcontractors and subsidiaries of this Company. However, we may disclose information upon a request from a public agency for the provision of information.

7. 7.If we receive a request to disclose, revise, delete, use, or stop using the personal information, we will respect the rights regarding the personal information and respond within an appropriate scope.
